Have you tested your Microsoft account on another Device? this test is important, because if the same problem happens on another device then the problem is related to your account, and in this case the procedures would be different, since we do not have this type of access as we are just community users and not employees.

In Devices, remove your device linked to your Microsoft account, then restart the PC, link your Microsoft account back to your user and take the test.
