SQL Agent job step editing error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (SqlManagerUI)"

I have installed SSMS 18.10. I have connected to Azure SQL Managed Instance and trying to edit a job step then getting error below

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (SqlManagerUI)"

I have these components showing from SSMS

SQL Server Management Studio 15.0.18390.0

SQL Server Management Objects (SMO) 16.100.46521.71

Microsoft Analysis Services Client Tools 15.0.19714.0

Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 10.0.19041.1

Microsoft MSXML 3.0 6.0

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0.30319.42000

Operating System 10.0.19043

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Install and upgrade

    I have the same problem and it seems only with version 18.10 to an Azure managed instance. Same managed instance and using SSMS 18.9.2 on another VM and it works fine with no errors. Sounds like a bug in 18.10 to me.
