    1. I Installed a educational software named Made Easy Prime. after updating the app, I am facing the issue. it displays the message 'problem in sending message, please check your connection.' I checked in event viewer, then it shows this error.

    2)yes, it shows the message and the message is 'problem in sending message, please check your connection.'

    1. laptop details : ACER A515-56 8GB RAM
                          11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz         64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
      
    2. No, i did not made changes prior to this issue. i simply updated the software, after that this error arises.

    5)Windows 10 Home Single Language

    4. Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
    5. Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
