This is what the Windows 11 logo is, it seems you are behind in updates, it would be best to either use the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewiso ISO to update to a later build or use the Windows update.
The new store is only for 2200 and above as stated.
