Here's the steps you can try.
-Click Start, type powershell and run as administrator
-Copy and paste the command below and hit enter.
Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.SecHealthUI* | Reset-AppxPackage
Once you enter that command , restart your computer and check the Windows Security.
