Cant open windows security app

I keep getting spam notifications from the built in windows security app saying that there were threats found. When i try to open it it does not do anything. I check and the app just simply dosent exist. Is there anywhere i can download it?

    Good Day SamFord5,

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here's the steps you can try.

    -Click Start, type powershell and run as administrator

    -Copy and paste the command below and hit enter.

    Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.SecHealthUI* | Reset-AppxPackage

    Once you enter that command , restart your computer and check the Windows Security.
