Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5912&SUBSYS_D0001458&REV_04\3&11583659&0&10 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: oem21.inf

Class Guid: {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

Service: igfx

Problem: 0x15

Problem Status: 0x0

Does anyone know what went wrong?

    Hi Ashiqur

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    The first thing to do is to go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the Intel HD/UHD graphics drivers and also the chipset drivers they recommend, those should be the most compatible versions for your PC.

    If that does not solve the problem, download the Intel Support Assistant form the Intel website, then run that to automatically update any Intel drivers on your system
