My Laptop is Del 5440. When Charger is plugged in, Windows boots up quickly. When using the battery, Windows boot is very slow. Why? Help me fix this error. Please. Thanks.

    Hello VI,
I am Jaspreet Singh an independent advisor.
This is due to turbo boost being available when plugged in hence the laptop has extra processing power when plugged in. When on battery laptops will boot slow (this is normal for every laptop that supports turbo boost)
If you are facing abnormally long boot times disable your startup apps that you donot need on boot by going to taskmanager (right click on taskbar and click on taskmanager) click on view more then go to boot tab and right click and disable apps that you donot need on startup.
