Microsoft Programm Install and Uninstall Error Code "0x8007007E"

Hi. When i execute the "MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab" file i receive the following error code : 0x8007007E and suggestion ?

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Install and upgrade

    Hi, Dave. I try to uninstall Autodesk Autocad and Civil 3D Addons. I FIX the error with the following CMD commands :

    First I Execute :

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    Second I Execute :

    sfc /scannow

    and Microsoft Programm Install and Uninstall working at last !

    Hi Vagelis, that's great, there must have been system file corruption, I am glad you were successful in uninstalling that software.

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    That tool from Microsoft is very buggy, what software are you trying to remove with that tool and are you unable to uninstall it with the normal uninstall process in the settings app, what error do you get when doing that?
