    Hello PZ,

My name is Ludwig and i'm here to help you.

I reassure you the 10016 errors visible in the event log are errors that you can ignore because they will not change anything in your daily use of the pc.

This error is also related to PerAppRuntimeBroker, which changes absolutely nothing and I think almost all Windows 10-11 users get this error.

You can ignore it and continue to use your pc as usual.

You can possibly try the solution proposed in this article:

    https://helpdeskgeek.com/how-to/fix-error-10016...

But I assure you that I have already tried to solve this error of PerAppRuntimeBroker but it comes back every time so it is more a waste of time than anything else, but at least you will have the method to apply if you ever have another type of error 10016 ,not related to PerAppRuntimeBroker.

    Hello,

    From https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/troubleshoot/windows-client/application-management/event-10016-logged-when-accessing-dcom, Microsoft says:

"These events can be safely ignored because they do not adversely affect functionality and are by design. This is the recommend action for these events."

If you still like to fix, refer this guide (works with Windows 11):

    https://www.kapilarya.com/fix-event-10016-error-the-application-specific-permission-settings-do-not-grant-local-activation-permission-in-windows-10

    Hope this helps!
