    Hello Virginia

thank you for your reply ... I tried all that you told to do none of that helped. I got the WIN 10 build 21H2 but I finally figured it out myself.

The main problem was that the Bluetooth drivers were missing, so I tried to download the driver from Intel but it wasn't working. These drivers from intel are mainly for Notebooks and bought PC's. I build my own PC and as I told I got the ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING Motherboard which has its own wireless module 2X2 WI-FI WITH MU-MIMO and these modules got their own drivers ... so basically I just had to download the driver exactly for this module and it is working now. So anyone if you are having the same issue just look up for your motherboard's module and try to find the driver for it

Thank you for trying Virginia and I hope this will help others as well

Hello, I’m Virginia, I have 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. May I ask which Windows 10 build are you running - 2004, 20H2, 21H1 or 21H2?

If you look under device manager is Bluetooth listed? If not then check further under View>Show Hidden Devices for any unknown devices with a yellow triangle.

If your Bluetooth is disabled then do the following to enable it.

Uninstall the device from device manager and restart Bluetooth service.

    Start > services.msc

    Right-click "Bluetooth Support Service."

    Choose Automatic.

Go to device manager and right-click on your computer name and click "Scan for hardware changes"

Install the Bluetooth device drivers from the manufacturer's website, if any.

If the device isn’t showing under device manager or under show hidden devices then shutdown the pc, unplug the power cable & then reconnect, then go to device manager & see if there’s any unknown devices showing, if so uninstall this & then scan for hardware changes & hopefully Bluetooth will reappear.

    I hope this helps.
