can't initialized external harddisk (The request failed due to a fatal device hardware error)

Hello i have a problem with my external harddisk WD My Passport 25E2 USB.

long time ago my laptop can detect this external hardisk. but for some reason i miss click on something that i cant remember, this mistake make me can't initialized my external harddisk anymore. I already tried my harddisk on another PC and devices and my harddisk is working fine on another PC. but on my laptop it can not initialized this harddisk even when i use MBR and GPT partition style.

I already tried to reinstall the external harddisk driver, tried to update the driver, and still not working. i tried to reinstall windows and it's still not working

Can you help me with this problem?

    Please change driver to a hard drive. Select Update driver, Browse my computer for drivers, Let me pick... and select a hard drive.
