Hi,

I cannot update my Windows to version 20H2. The update shows error 0x80240438. I did a sfc scan and found that some files are corrupt. I ran DISM. The source files could not be found. Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files required to restore the function. For more information on how to specify a source location, see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=243077. What should I do next? Please help

Hi, I'm Ana M. I would love to help you today.

If you have problems in a Windows update, follow these steps: If you have a third-party antivirus, you will need to remove it.

You can update manually, just download the updated ISO.

When updating with the ISO, disconnect the Internet.

Here you will find detailed information to be able to update manually.
