Hi,

i want upgrade windows 10 pro to enterprise, maybe deactivating windows 10 pro and reactivate using the organization's activation service from oem windows(with the hope for change windows 10 pro to enterprise)?.

Now the method for that is upgrade with an USB installer of windows 10, join pc to the organization domain, and after that windows will be active by the organization activation service.

This method has the problem of need backup or download drivers and sometimes there is some problems, even with drivers from manufacturer page.(even when choose keep files)

Thinking in the fact that we can jump from windows 10 pro to w10 enterprise, just entering a valid key, maybe there is a method for do the same, but using the "organization's activation service" but i cannot find it. there is a way to do that?

Thanks!

we can install windows enterprise and it will show the message "activate windows" with watermark in the bottom right corner of the screen, but after join the pc to the domain, windows will become activated.

Sounds like KMS activation. You could consult your system admin for an exact answer. If your company uses KMS activation, don't worry, your machine will keep in Enterprise activated state.

    How KMS works
without having to enter a license key, a KMS software product automatically looks for a local KMS server during the installation. The software activates itself for 180 days if a KMS server has been found. Every week the software contacts the KMS server to reset this timespan back to 180 days. When the KMS server can not be reached for 180 days you get a grace period of 30 days. Within this 30 days you get a warning message and you have to reconnect to our KMS server. Otherwise the software reduces its features to a minimum until you reconnect to our KMS server.

    Hi,

What is the “organization's activation service” you mean, I don’t know this activation method. Maybe something like Microsoft Subscription Activation?
For Enterprise edition, besides Subscription Activation feature and OEM activation, what we can do to activate Enterprise edition is contacting the volume license center and purchase license, then activate Enterprise edition with organization's activation keys (KMS or MAK).

In the last paragraph, you could enter a valid key to upgrade Pro to Enterprise. But you need to purchase the Enterprise product key from VLSC.
