Hi,

Below mentioned error message is frequently appearing on the screen of my Lenovo laptop. I am using windows 10 home edition.

Please suggest some solution.

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here's the steps you can try.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Copy and paste this command below and hit Enter

    msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic

    Run the troubleshooter for Hardware.

    Once done restart your computer using cleanboot.

    After restart check if issue persists.
