Basically the old url was cached. I just added the 15.2 to the url on the phone and all worked well.
There after the address was just fine.

Hello All,
I am migrating user mailboxes tonight and came across the following error:
"NegotiateSecurityContext failed with for host '2013EX.domain.com' with status 'LogonDenied'"
This displayed when I tried mail.domain.com.
Now to be clear, the above error displays on my phone when I try to access the OWA from a browser .
If I use my computer to access the same url, I get in just fine.
If I use outlook, it seems to be just fine.
However multiple attempts on the phone fail with the error.
Thoughts?

Does the issue occur after or before the migration?
If it was OK and found it not work after the migration, I would suggest to restore the backup (if you have) and try migrating the mailbox with pst import/export, which might be safest way to migrate mailboxes.
You can also do some tests to check if it happens on specific mailboxes or specific devices, from my perspective, it seems due to low version of phone browser.
