I don’t see any reason that wouldn’t work, as I say the only problem I can see you running into would be with the Windows licensing.
Kind Regards,
Elise

Hi,
We have 10 identical Win10 laptops running the same software, but different laptop names of course.
Setting up recovery: Anyway to create a single recovery USB and single IMAGE backup to service all machines?
Not networked so I can do identical names if necessary. Avoid name and license issues.
Thnx

Thanks for responding. Clarifying: I need one USB recovery drive to re-install OS if necessary, and create in dedicated image backup file for each unit.
Also, if the OS is Ok, I can just use the image restore to reload everything?

Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.
Usually to create images such as this you need to use the Enterprise version of Windows and create an image files for deployment, which is quite involved.
For this purpose you could use a third party image utility such as Macrium, but you will likely run into issues with the license for each copy of Windows.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Elise
