I would run the PC Health Check which developers tell us is the final word on whether a PC meets specs, updated even before the Installation Assistant:

If it passes then I'd download and run the ISO file which is the best Upgrade method that cuts out buggy or lagging specs clearance. On the download page choose Download ISO and then follow the steps in the link entitled "Before you Start" here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-downlo...
