COA labels

Hi. We are a workstation builder and always when we install an image of win10pro on a machine, we put a COA label on the housing. Now currently we purchased 10 win10pro licenses which are missing the red/rosa back-label, so we cannot get the label from the envelope (which contains the CD) without destroying it. Consequently, we cannot put the label on the housing. We have reported this to the point of purchase, but they replayed that there is nothing wrong withe the product key, so they cannot take the product back. From our view, we cannot use these. What to do?

    Hi Rein,

Community is just a user to user forum, we are not Microsoft Employees, the best option would be to phone Microsoft Store Support using one of the numbers on the link below, hopefully they will be able to provide you with a solution to this problem.

Hi Dave, thanks for the info, but that doesn't help us. We have spend over 1.000€ on licenses which our supplier -retailer- is not willing to take back and we cannot use them. My question is, how can we exchange these licenses into for us usable licenses.

    Hi Rein_Cadware,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Microsoft provide Windows 10 in USB format, if you are purchasing Windows 10 on a DVD, only the retailer will know where those disks you purchased were sourced, they may have a 3rd party creating those DVD's
