    Hi theking2

Is there a work or school account linked on your PC?

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Accounts.

Select Emails and Accounts, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

Select Access Work or School, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

Close the Settings App and restart (not shut down) your PC.

    Hi theking2

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Are you able to log into Windows 11 with another method like a password?

if you can, then open the Settings app, go to Accounts - Sign-In Options and turn off the Security Key option in the Windows Hello section.

Passwordless logon seems like a good idea, Microsoft, but there still needs to be a few things ironed out. Are you listening?
