It sounds like an error code 0xC0000005 occured when you installing Windows.
To narrow down the cause of the issue, I would like to confirm few questions first:
- Whether your installation is based on the steps in Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant - Apple Support?
- Where the error code appears?
- whether it is installed under the Bootcamp partition?
- Which methods have you tried to repair this?
