Unable to view Microsoft transcript

Hello,

I've taken the AZ-104: Azure Administrator exam in March and I've failed. After the exam, I was directed to the Transcript from the Microsoft dashboard to view more details about the exam results. When I've tried to access the Transcript, a blank page have opened. I've tried several times from different browsers with or without an incognito window, the result was the same, I was unable to access the Transcript page.

Can you please help me with this issue and why I can't see the Transcript page.
