Rioddas disc problem

Hi,

I bought a Rioddas external disk drive about 15 months ago but never used it. Just recently I've been reunited with it, but the disk tray won't open for me. The light blinks when I plug it in, but no window appears on my computer.

I've checked previous discussions online, but no go. Your thoughts?

    Is the disk not displayed in the Disk Manager, or you don’t know how to enter the Disk Manager?
