2021-11-30T12:45:00+00:00 Thank you! I tried it before then when I click the setup.exe it loads for 1-3minutes and end up getting "windows cannot access the specified device path or file you may not have appropriate permissions" and I tried to do the process in safe mode and unfortunately it can't process in safe mode.

Does a Repair install work? No USB is required for that.

2021-11-30T10:41:07+00:00 Hi! Thank you but when I try to reset in recovery environment it says there was a problem resetting your pc. The only way I didn't try is to install with USB but I don't have enough money to buy one. Can you give some advice?

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.
Can you try Resetting from Windows Recovery environment?
Please open the Windows Recovery environment using the steps below:
Press and hold Shift+click the restart button on the lock screen to open recovery options. Click Advanced options>Troubleshoot.
If you are not able to reach the lock screen or start your computer, restart your PC two times when the boot screen is shown. On the third time, windows should open Windows Recovery automatically.
