Hi

Reading the storage-files-introductionMicrosoft doc, it did not mention if Azure Files's storage is auto growth (auto increase storage size). Please confirm if the storage for Azure File is auto-expandable? Thank you

Azure Files uses a pay-as-you-go business model for standard file shares. This means you can provision a much larger size and grow as needed to use that provisioned space without being charged for unused space. Azure Files maximum size default on standard file shares is 5 TiB, see Enable and create large file shares for the details on how to increase the standard file shares scale up to 100 TiB.
