Windows update display problem.

After updating my Windows 10 recently on my Asus Tuf A15 laptop, my HDMI port is no longer working (my second monitor is receiving no signal), my laptop screen brightness cannot be adjusted, and the Windows night light is not it works.

Any help would be appreciated.
