VIDEO_DXGKRNL_LIVEDUMP (193)

Livedumps triggered by dxgkrnl <-- is a Windows component which means something else drove it into Fault.

Arguments:

Arg1: 0000000000000815, Reason Code.

100 Internal

Arg2: 0000000000000003, Reserved.

Arg3: ffff980690d08080, Reserved.

Arg4: 0000000000000000, Reserved.

IMAGE_NAME: watchdog.sys <-- is a Windows component which means something else drove it into Fault.

No indication that there is a driver or software issue which again points to a likely unknown hardware problem.

So there really is nothing I can add to my initial reply above and otherwise you are going to need Lenovo support's help.

Here to help,

Rob

    Hi Rob,

Yesterday i try to do as your advices

    1. Post my problem at lenovo community, some guys told me to run "lenovo diagnostic window". I run it and all passed.
    2. run lenovo system update / windows update...there are updated (bios also)
    3. download and run "intel@driver and support assisstent". It's also updated.
    4. run S.M.A.R.T my SSD is also good.

Last night, i also got a error report again (see below)

Today i will try to test Drivers Verifier then let you know.

Hi weeraboon, I am Rob, an Independent Advisor not affiliated with Microsoft and a 15 time and dual award Microsoft MVP specializing in Windows troubleshooting and Bluescreen analysis. Please remember as independents we are not responsible for the development of Windows or the computer hardware and drivers. If you will work with me I will be here to help until the issue is resolved.

That error is often a video device issue and if so there is little you can do on a laptop at the user level in the home except to try to check for driver problems, update the BIOS and chipset drivers, and/or reinstall Windows to see if anything fixes it. Of course, it can be other hardware.

    1. Check with Lenovo Support and forums for help with the issue and any known problems with your model. Download and install/reinstall the latest video driver.

Some other troubleshooting you can try if you wish AFTER 1, 2, & 3 above and even after 4 if needed.

Run Driver Verifier. If it creates a BSOD/DMP then run MTB and upload both their output files for analysis (not guaranteed to help).

Try the tests in the last section below and/or Driver Verifier can help find some BSOD issues :

check "Last 10 Event Viewer errors"

    AND

check the "List Devices" with option "ALL" checked.

MiniToolBox - Free https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/minit... Running the tool will open a readout in NotePad - on the top left menu select "File" - "Save As" ( CTRL + SHIFT +S) - name it what you will, in the folder you wish. and upload the file as you do the minidumps (see below) and paste the link in a reply in this thread.

Look in C:\Windows for memory.dmp and in C:\Windows\minidump for xxxxxxxxx.dmp files.

We can analyze the DMP files if you make them available from the OneDrive or other file sharing sites (such as MediaFire). If you have problems uploading the minidumps copy them to the Desktop or the Documents folder and upload them from there.
