Hello, I've recently been having problems with my Windows 10 and it's randomly hanging and just is plain unresponsive. This happens occasionally at random.

So i was running my editing software and then i closed it and it hanged, my screen went off and rebooted.

I found some files from event viewer and a memory.dmp so i was wondering if i can understand from the memory dump the issue i'm having?

I've already done a full system reinstallation by the way.

    Hi DDash_Dash

Your dump files indicates that it is the device driver on your graphics card that is causing the system to crash

You should completely remove the current video card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the video card device driver.

Would you care to have a look at another MEMORY.DMP file?

    Hi DDash_Dash

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your Memory.dmp file is 700MB+ in size, please zip up that file to vastly reduce its size and re-upload that, also, check in C:\Windows\Minidump for any minidump files that may have been created and upload them as a separate download, I will then analyze those files for you.

Hi Dave, so here's the requested files

    https://cloudmails-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/tp051107_mail_apu_edu_my/Ev6izFilPEFDr6pyDkXDvksBU4f2aRF6j9JRRArTrZ_-2A?e=IaTpbN

Unfortunately the minidump file i got was from my latest restart not the exact time as the MEMORY.DMP. I hope this helps to identify the problem.
