SQL server on Windows 11

Has anyone tried to install sql server with clean windows 11 install with local account?

The sql server service cannot be started...the error is 1607. I tried to change the service user to NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM, NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE,

NT AUTHORITY\LOCALSERVICE but with no luck.

Maybe something else to try?

Thanks!
