Hi,

Can you advice how to rename my computer, because the previous owner still shows as a default. Even though I already sign in my microsoft account and as a administrator.

I've seen this solution : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/troubleshoot/windows-client/user-profiles-and-logon/renaming-user-account-not-change-profile-path

But I can't rename the original user folder (C://Users/).

I'm using Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19042.631]

If that doesn't work, log in as Administrator account in Safe Mode to see if you could rename the folder.
Hope above information can help you.
