Microsoft windows hello face

Question

we could not find a compatible camera with Windows Hello Face.

I have tried going into file explorer and install the 2 windows hello face and face migration I clicked install and nothing happened.

What is my next step? because I do use windows hello face a lot.

Good day vikram! I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. I understand that you are looking into Windows Hello prompting that it could not find a compatible camera. Just to check, what is the device that you are using, a laptop or a desktop?

Kindly go to device manager (search it from the search bar on the taskbar) and then under Cameras check what is in there and post it back here.

First make sure you have an IR capable cam. Simply installing drivers won't help. You can check if you have one from the PC specs available at the manufacturer's official site. Or, in Device Manager, see if you have a section like Infrared Devices.
