I'd like to bring your attention to an unauthorized deduction from my HDFC debit card [51772**30*98*9007] has been charged by Microsoft for INR 3320 (1660*2) on 21-Oct 21. Transaction ID's are (0000000000362914 & 0000000000791325). The said card has not been used by me for around 6 months & pin is secure with me. I have not entered any details for any transaction as per my knowledge. Please undo this transaction as it is illegal as per RBI guidelines in India to charge a debit card without authentication such as pin or OTP from the owner. Please refund or charge back the amount deducted. Regards,
Amit

like I said, thanks for your response again. This question was raised on Microsoft portal and was referred to Microsoft. If this isn’t going to Microsoft then I think this company has worst customer handling system.

Amit
You won't know if Microsoft can help until you contact them.
As I said, we don't work for Microsoft.
Or contact your Bank or Credit Card Company about it.
