Hello everyone! I hope you are having a nice day.

So recently I reinstalled Windows 10 since it wasnt working as I wanted it to.

Now that the issue persists, I tried to do a cloud download, but, it said it couldn't do it.
Even after the local reinstall it still won't let me do a cloud download.

Any ideas on what I can do?

Good Day Galaxyy,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

What are the things you are experiencing again in your computer? Are you trying to reset your computer?

If the cloud download and local re-install is not working , perform Repair Upgrade instead,, it will repair and replace any corrupted system files.

Step 1: Download Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

Click “Download Tool Now”

Step 2: Run MediaCreationTool.exe.

Step 3: Choose "Upgrade this PC now".

Step 4: Choose "Keep personal files and apps". or Keep Nothing" if you don't want

        to use keep your files

Step 5: Let it install

Once done restart your computer and check your device.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

Sincerely,

Carlo T.

I've done the steps you told me to do, but, recently, System Restore from the cloud broke again. Is it possible that this could be malware of any sort? Thank you!

Hello! Thank you for your response.

I am trying to reset my computer because I am paranoid that I have a virus and just wanna keep my stuff safe.
My computer sometimes does random stuff like rapid mouse clicks without any interaction and sometimes edge won't play sounds.
I installed Windows 10 from a usb that came from Linux so I'm reinstalling it for safety.

I'll try to do what you said.

    Thank you again!
