Can't install windows 11 - Error code 0x80070003

I'm trying to install win 11 by windows 11 installation assistant tool,

I don't want to perform a clean installation of win 11 because I have so many games and programs already installed, and reinstalling them will take days.
Windows downloads and starts installation perfectly but when it comes to checking PC I get this message and installation stops

When I close the window I get this error code (0x80070003)

I don't know what causes this issue, performing a PC health check. resetting BIOS and disconnecting every secondary HDD I have changed nothing
Used Microsofts (SetupDiag tool) to get more information, this is what I got

I've tried to install Windows 11 by media creation tool but I get the same error

any help ! thanks 😀

    Hi,

Setup cannot determine if your existing layout is UEFI. Sure your installation is UEFI and is CSM enabled in BIOS?

Boot mode is set to UEFI and Windows OS configuration is set to CSM allready.

This is the root cause. Disable CSM, enable Secure boot if not and try again.

I've disabled CSM and changed it to UEFI didn't work, then I enabled secure boot and tried again also didn't work 😪

Does the PC boot correctly when you disable CSM?
