    Hi FlavioCosta8,

Good day! This is Jhakesong and I will be happy to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. There could be a software conflict that caused this issue. First thing to try is system restore to try to resolve the issue.

I suggest booting in safe mode and see if you can run system restore from there.

    Here's how:

    1. Once you are at the Windows 10 sign-in screen, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and not let it go. While holding down the Shift key, click on the Power button (Windows 10 Power Button) and then click on Restart.
    2. When Windows 10 restarts, you will be at the Choose an Option screen. Click Troubleshoot
    3. From Troubleshoot screen, click Advanced Options, then click Startup Settings
    4. On the Startup Settings option and you will now be presented with the Startup Settings screen. Click the Restart button
    5. Windows will now begin to start, but you will be presented with a screen that provides various options you can select to specify how Windows should be started.
    6. Press F4 to start Safe Mode.

Once logged in to safe mode, run system restore:

    Here's how:

    1. Click Search
    2. Type restore
    3. Open create a restore point
    4. Click the system restore button
    5. Hit Next
    6. Pick a restore point
    7. Wait for the process to finish.

    Access Advanced startup

To access the Windows 10 Advanced startup environment to use System Restore, use these steps:

    1. Start the device.
    2. As soon as the Windows logo appears on the screen, press the power button to interrupt the boot sequence.
    3. Repeat steps No. 1 and 2 two more times. (Or until the device boots into the recovery experience.)
    4. Click the Advanced options button.
    5. Click on Troubleshoot.
    6. Click on Advanced options.
    7. Click on System Restore.
    8. Select your Windows 10 account.
    9. Confirm the account password.
    10. Click the Continue button.
    11. Click the Next button.
    12. Select the restore point to revert changes and fix problems with the computer.
    13. Click the Scan for affected programs button to confirm the apps that will be removed because they were added after creating the restore point.
    14. Click the Close button.
    15. Click the Next button.
    16. Click the Finish button.

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!
