How to fix Code error: 0xC004F012

I can’t run any softwares, can’t load up the Windows Update page, the sound system service also has problems. Only thing I know is the activation doesn’t work, but I got the code and I have been using this computer for 3 years. I don’t know what’s going on with my computer, can someone helps?

    Disable any security software you are using temporarily and check if you can download the installer

    Your Windows version is very old, click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to download the Update Assistant, then run that to immediately get 21h1 and bring your PC right up to date

    These two just load out and I press install but the status doesn’t change at all, keep showing:waiting for install

    1. My pc was new purchased directly from the Microsoft website. The version is Windows Home.
    2. I can’t type anything out on the search bar.

    Do you know the history of your PC or version of Windows?

    Was your PC new or used when you purchased it or was Windows reinstalled by a PC Repair Shop?

    Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

    Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

    Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog.
