There should be no date limit on a patch or cumulative update, what method are you using the apply the updates, and where are you seeing that the KB5005033 update cannot be applied on 9 Nov 2021?
Patch OS is not applicable.

Dear MS support.
My company will update the patch to the client's users, By will have to manually install the patch of the 1st month of the quarter. But I found some patches not applicable after some time. Example windows 10 20H2 want update patch 2021-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5005033) on 8 Nov 2021 I can install is normal but on 9 Nov 2021 can't install.
Please let me know the patch at release every month how many days can it be used if Microsoft release a new patch.
