Azure sign in logs are not forwarded to storage account or event hub
i have to forward logs to storage account.

Since when you are facing issue?
For Azure storage accounts, the latency is anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes after the action is performed.
event after hours, logs are not shown up in storage account
