Getting error about XAudio2

Hello i have problems about Xaudio2. So i have a game called Sonic Mania on Epic Games and when i launch it it gives me this error message:

and it does not play any sound. So I contacted SEGA support before and they gave me this link (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109) that I installed successfully. I have almost every XAudio dll file that exists (Xaudio2_0 to Xaudio2_8). But sadly the game still plays no audio and keeps giving me that error message. So SEGA support told me to contact Microsoft support directly, as the issue is indeed linked to missing drivers .So I tried contacting Microsoft's twitter support and it just ended up to "contact Windows technical support as they have additional tools at their disposal to check this matter thoroughly, identify what's causing the issue, and troubleshoot it". I tried to reach them through web chat but the waiting lines are too long and I don't have all day just sitting and waiting for my turn. So this is my last option to ask for help in this forum.

Also is there way to just email Microsoft support?

So does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? (btw im not sure do i put this topic as "Devices and drivers" or "Gaming")

Microsoft never looks at or posts to these 8/8.1 forums.

I do not recommend that you use any Registry Cleaners, Optimizers, Driver Updaters, Tune -Up utilities, etc.

They may do more harm to your operating system than any good that they claim to be able to do.

    Device driver:

    https://www.computerhope.com/jargon/d/driver.htm

You normally only replace/reinstall drivers if you are having a problem with the existing ones or you require newer features that a newly released driver for a particular device would give you.

A lot of released drivers have never been updated since the year that they were released, but the devices they are for still work correctly.

You should obtain your Driver Software from your Computer or Hardware Manufacturer, not through Windows Update (except for Microsoft Hardware Updates), as Microsoft normally does nor have those latest Drivers available as Microsoft relies on the 3rd Party Hardware Manufacturer to supply them.

Go to your Computer or Hardware Manufacture's website > Driver and Software Support Section > look up your Computer or Hardware Model number > then your Operating System > locate the correct Drivers > download and install them.

Well i tried Lenovo service bridge and Lenovo system update and there is nothing to be updated.

So all my drivers are up to date.

Have any more ideas about how to solve this problem?
