Cannot click on screen with multiple displays

Hello,

I have a consistent problem when it comes to interacting with multiple displays. I currently use a Dell D3100 docking station connected to an Acer Aspire 7, Intel Core i7 9750H with GTX 1650. I currently connect to two external displays.

At random times, either the screen or the taskbar will become unclickable. I can move my mouse in and around the display, but it will not register an action. Sometimes interactivity with a window disappears altogether and I somehow interact with the window behind it, without being able to minimize the window that stops working. This either happens to the taskbar, a single display, or multiple displays at the same time. I do not know how to restore functionality in session, and have no other solution besides putting the laptop on sleep and turning it on again, and it keeps appearing randomly even after a restart.

I am not sure if this is related to my docking station, my laptop, or Windows itself. Any help?
