-Hi, my name is Claudeir, I'm happy to help you!

I'll leave all the solutions I know about Login problems:

-Solve problems with PIN/Password login on Windows:

If possible, on the login screen, click Ease of Access and use the virtual keyboard to enter the password.

At the login screen, hold the Shift key and restart the PC, this will enter the recovery environment, in the options that appear click on Troubleshoot, Advanced options, Startup repair.

If that does not resolve the issue, go back to the recovery environment, Troubleshooting, Advanced options, System Restore, find a date before the issue, and proceed.

If you still cannot resolve the issue, in the recovery environment, Troubleshooting, Advanced options, Startup settings, after the computer restarts, you will see a list of options. Select 4 or press F4 to start the computer in Safe Mode. Or, if you need to use the Internet, select 5 or press F5 to enter Safe Mode with Networking.

If you can get into safe mode, try changing or removing your password, Windows + Q, change your password.

If this is not possible, it will be necessary to restore the system, Windows + i, update and security, recovery, start now. You can still keep your files.

-Feel free to leave your opinion, marking as answered if the answer helped, or leaving more details so that we can continue the service, this is very important to us.

    Graciously,

    Claudeir

    Hi Ac130inBound,

Apologies if the suggested methods didn't work for you. I'm running out of options here aside from looking into the Windows 10 recovery options (see "Reset your PC"): https://support.microsoft.com/help/12415/window....

But let's see if someone else has a better idea with regards to this issue.

Good day! I'm Raniel, a Microsoft user like you. I understand your frustration regarding this issue and I'll do my best to help.

Just to clarify, are you connected to your wifi/home network before signing in? do you also encounter the issue when you access your account via safe mode?. Please see the steps under "From the sign-in screen": https://support.microsoft.com/help/12376/window...

Once in safe mode, kindly perform the steps on this article to troubleshoot the issue: https://thegeekpage.com/fix-sign-in-with-pin-is...

Another option is to enable the built-in administrator account, then create a new user account instead:

    1. On the Windows sign-in screen, press and hold the Shift key, then select Power > Restart
    2. After your machine reboots, click on "Troubleshoot" under Choose an option
    3. Click on "Advanced options" > select "command prompt"
    4. On the command prompt window, type net user administrator /active:yes and press Enter
    5. Reboot your machine, see if you'll be able to login to the built-in administrator account
    6. Create a new user account and copy your files to the new account(go through the steps under "My computer is in a workgroup") . Please refer to this article as a guide: https://support.microsoft.com/help/14039/window...

I hope this helps. Good luck!
