When logging in to my Laptop I enter my Microsoft Password and am prompted to setup a Pin. A trouble message is received.

I use the skip option and am brought back to password. I cannot logon to my account.

    First I suggest you to check if this problem also happens in safe mode.

    If you can log in to your account in secure mode, try disabling the PIN required for login option.

    1. Press Windows+I to open the Configure window;
    2. Select the option Accounts;
    3. Select in the left column the option "Input Options";
    4. In the window on the right, scroll down to the option "Require Windows Hello Sign In for Microsoft Accounts" and set the button to "Disabled";

    Restart your computer and check if the problem persists please.

    I await news.
