Hi!

Having an issue with blue screens on my machine. When checking bluescreenview it shows mcupdate_genuineintel.dll on multiple occasions. Not sure what this dll is in reference too. Dumps have been uploaded below for reference. Any help is appreciated!

    Thank you Dylan!

It looks like the drivers for that device were super out of date. I have updated them and will monitor the situation further

    Dear EvanCruzIT,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

The minidump file indicates IngenicoVCOM.sys as a cause of the BSOD which is related to Ingenico USB-VCOM or a product that is related to Ingenico.

If you do have Ingenico products connected to your computer, kindly disconnect it and see if your computer would be stable or not. If your computer would be stable, download and install a compatible driver from the manufacturer's official website.

Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.
