Administrator?

I never set up an administrator thing.

And I just did a reset for my PC. And now it isn't saying anything for me to sign into, just something like, "sign in as administrator" and then theirs a sign in as guest, I tried both, neither let me do anything. I factory reset, with the keeping my personal files.

How do I fix this? And nothing shows up on the screen besides the date and what time it is, and if I left click it will show the sign in as administrator or guest thing.

At the bottom right of the screen,

There is a power button thing there

What do I do? Please help me

    Rest assured, it's a pleasure to be able to try to help you.

    That's right, you will need a Windows installation USB.

    But in this situation, you will need to create from another computer, from a friend or neighbor.

    After that, just follow the procedure to redo the Reset using the USB created.

    Hello, how are you?

    My name is Paloma B., I am very happy to be able to try to help you in the best possible way.

    There was probably some problem in the reset process, sorry about that.

    When this process is done, Windows should allow you to reconfigure it.

    In this case, you will need to redo the Reset process, but using a Windows installation USB, so that all files are corrected and allow you to reconfigure it to resume access.

    Step 1

    Create installation media on this computer or other if necessary.

    Follow the guidelines on the link below, please:

    https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2021/09/create...

    Step 2

    Configure in your computer's BIOS to start via the USB installation.

    ***If you have any questions on how to start the USB installation, you can refer to this guide please.

    https://www.groovypost.com/howto/bios-uefi-setu...

    1. Boot with the Pen Drive;
    2. When the installation window appears, click Repair your computer;
    3. Click Troubleshooting;
    4. Advanced options;
    5. Click Restore PC > Choose between "Keep Files" or "Remove All".

    I await news.

    If these procedures helped you in any way, please click on "I solved my problem" and also mark as an answer, so you can help others users.
