I CREATE BOTH VM ON SAME WAY ...BUT IT SHOWS LIKE THAT ?????

    Hi,
    Hyper-V does not modify your NUMA topology, it is hardware based. It simply reports the capabilities that it sees.
    Anyway, in Hyper-V you can always set the virtual processors as you want:
