In Hyper-V one shows 2 socket wih 2 processor and another one shows one socket with one processor

IN NUMA DETAILS

first one details
processor=10
NUMA node:2
SOCKET:2
HARDWARE THREADS PER CORE:2

IN NUMA DETAILS

first one details
processor=10
NUMA node:1
SOCKET:1
HARDWARE THREADS PER CORE:2

I CREATE BOTH VM ON SAME WAY ...BUT IT SHOWS LIKE THAT ?????

Hi,
Hyper-V does not modify your NUMA topology, it is hardware based. It simply reports the capabilities that it sees.
Anyway, in Hyper-V you can always set the virtual processors as you want:
