    Hello hossamelter, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that the CPU usage is at 100%;

    What exactly is your PC model and manufacturer?

    If it's a desktop, what exactly is the model and manufacturer of the motherboard?

    What exactly is the model and manufacturer of your graphics card?

    Before answering the questions above I suggest you try the following;

    Check if you are updated with the latest version of Windows 10;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

    Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

    run a disk cleanup;

    Press Windows key + R and type: cleanmgr press Enter;

    Click on clean system files and wait for the files to load;

    Select all files and click ok to delete them;

    Perform a clean boot;

    Press together the keys: Ctrl + Shift + Esc to access the task manager;

    Click on start and disable all programs that start with Windows;

    Execute o verificador de arquivos do sistema;

    Press the Windows + X keys, select Command Prompt (Admin), copy and paste the commands below and press enter after each command.

    Sfc /ScanNow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

    Restart the PC and check if the problem still persists;

    Hope this helps, see you soon!

    I don't have good news for you.

    What you're seeing in Task Manager is phony. It was probably created by the same individual who is now in control of your computer and using it to do their own work. Your computer is likely one of hundreds or even thousands of similarly attacked computers all doing work for the same individual. Your computer could be performing encryption and decryption, or mining bitcoin, or any other task that is beyond the capability of a single computer to perform.

    Your computer is likely part of that individual's botnet, which might not belong to a single person. Probably a group of people, and they may be renting out their botnet by the hour, so you'll see the alleged activity in Task Manager go away and come back at a later date.

    Don't feel too badly that you unwittingly allowed their malware to get onto your computer. The gangs who do these things are not teenagers wearing hoodies and sitting in their parents' basement. They are skilled professionals who have an entire malware industry backing them up.

    Unfortunately, there's only one way to get your computer out of a botnet: you'll have to do a clean install. That's the only way to get rid of the command-and-control software that was planted on your computer.

    Dear hossamelter,in this case I suggest you try the following;

    Use AMD Cleaner Tool to Clean Install AMD Drivers on PC:

    https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601

    After removing the drivers download and install the latest driver package for Radeon RX 580:

    Access the link:https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-...

    Click on Windows 10 - 64-bit edition;

    Download and install the Adrenalin 22.5.1 Recommended (WHQL) driver;

    Change your power plan;

    Access the control panel;

    Click System and Security;

    Click on Power Options;

    If your power plan is set to Balanced, change it to Power Saver;

    If it's in Power Saver, change it to Balanced;

    Restart the PC and check if the high CPU usage still persists;

    Hope this helps, see you soon!
