The following is from the Windows Event Log after my media server rebooted unexpectedly:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xffffffff18ffffff, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8024ce21999, 0x0000000000000002). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 94bb1834-300a-45c0-92d2-72b0e243263c.

Sysinfo and recent Minidumps are available here:

https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmPUelIdJvKLglb6G2rr-op2qrvG?e=a1Moke

The full dump is available if you need it. I could use some help interpreting these data.

Thank you for your consideration.

This morning I used DDU v18.0.5.5 in Windows 10 Safe Mode to remove the existing video driver.

Driver when failed: Driver Version: 10.18.10.4358

Driver after DDU: Driver Version: 10.0.19041.868

Driver from ASUS: Driver Version: 10.18.10.4252

I'll monitor the machine for a couple of weeks (or until another failure). If no error, I'll apply this change to my standalone system image.

Thank you for pointing me to the display driver. I'll look at the ASUS site for a possible driver and report.

    Hi jad,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

The minidump file indicates dxgmms1.sys file as a cause of the BSOD which is related to the display driver.

Please, uninstall the display driver completely using this DDU free utility, then download/install the latest display driver or a driver that is compatible with your computer from the manufacturer's official website:

    https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-dr...

Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.
