Fixed the issue, I went into some windows folder and deleted the temp appdata/shortcut/etc.
Ghost Apps (in Apps & Features)
I've installed two apps, then deleted them (from Program Files, with Admin permissions), BUT THEY ARE STILL SHOWING UP.
When I press uninstall, since the computer thinks the file still exists, it tries to find the uninstall.exe file of it, so that the computer can uninstall the app. THE APP DOESN'T EXIST. THE UNINSTALL.EXE DOES NOT EXIST. THE COMPUTER THINKS THE APP EXISTS.
Is there a way to remove these from being listed (incorrectly, btw) in Apps & Features?

I'd recommend trying the Revo Uninistaller It's free and can often clean up what uninstallers leave behind when they're badly written. A web search should show it as the first thing it finds.
