Monitor Options not available.

I have a Dell g15 5515, that was working perfectly yesterday, I left it connected to a Samsung Display overnight and it updated itself during that time, I saw a blue screen of death when I woke up, thought nothing of it and just let it restart by itself.

Then, I went on to extend my display on the monitor again, didn't work, updated my Nvidia driver and the monitor started working, the problem now is I cannot find the brightness slider or a refresh rate option for my in-built laptop monitor. I unhooked the external monitor, restarted the laptop, and reinstalled all the display drivers, even tried some sketchy cmd commands and the options still don't appear.

2022-09 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5017859) was the last update installed on this computer.

Most of the options for the monitor display are unavailable. there is an option for a night light but that does not work.

Okay, so I don't know if the windows update changed anything or had anything to do with this at all but, apparently what happened was my manufacturer did not update the chipset drivers for almost a year on their website. Every time I reinstalled the driver, it was installing the outdated driver my manufacturer provided.

My processor was made by AMD, so I went to their website got the drivers from them and installed it. It is working fine now.
