Are you not allowed to install it on top of itself, is that not an option on the Store?
22H2 Widgets dont work

Hey,
I'm do a Clean install with 22H2. Every Update is installed include the Tabs for Explorer. My Widgets on left side dont work, cant see the Widgets and the Widget Store from Xbox Game Bar is crash when u scroll down to find a Widget. Anyone have same experience with this problem?

Please try re-installing the Windows Web Experience pack, the currently installed one may be corrupt.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Right click your Taskbar and select Taskbar Settings, is the Widgets icon turned on in those settings?
If that was already turned on, download and install the Windows Web Experience Pack from the Microsoft Store, then restart (not shut down) your PC.
