I would recommend getting it checked out a service center in that case.
Numpad randomly giving problem
I am using Asus Tuf A15 with Windows 11 version. 22H2. My Numpad is giving me some issues. One thing is it stops working randomly meaning no response from it, but it does the other functions like pgup or pgdn then. Another frequent problem is the numbers 1, 2 and 3 buttons stop working and I have to press the buttons multiple times to start them working again. It's like they freeze for a few seconds and when they respond it releases all the presses of the button at the same time and types multiple numbers on the screen. Meanwhile, the other number keys work. Along these, I have noticed the 'minus' button also malfunctions similar to the 1 2 3 keys.
I am not sure whether it is a driver issue or something physical. Any help is appreciated.

2022-10-26T07:35:10+00:00 Hello SumitSen616 ,
I am Jaspreet Singh.
We can rule out the driver issue by reinstalling it.
Please follow these steps :
Make sure your device has internet connectivity
right click on start button and click on device manager.
click on keyboards
then right click on your keyboard driver
click on uninstall device
reboot your device and let the driver install again by opening device manager then right clicking on the device of which the driver was removed.
Click on update driver.
Let the search complete and if it says the best driver is already installed choose the option to look for the driver in windows update.
When the windows update page opens click on check for updates and let the driver install from there.

Although more likely to be a HW issue
